Did You Know?
To get a traditional conical shape, a tree must be trimmed every year.
After trimming, a typical Christmas tree will only be 12”-18” taller than it was the prior year.
When a tree is cut, more than half of its weight is water.
Drilling a hole in the base of the tree will not increase water absorption.
The temperature of the water in the tree stand will not affect absorption. However, hot water is not recommended.
